  Bird and Bear used to be called Next Muffin until someone pointed out that this was a silly name.
  
  Robin Mitchell and Tom Buckle live in Penryn, Cornwall, where they are students. They play music which mixes folk, blues, country and rock’n’roll, and are influenced by such artists as The Martin Harley Band, Calexico, Paul Curreri and Devon Sproule.
